Account: your email (for sign-in links and delivering reports), name, phone if you share it, and your business details (name, address, city, competitors) — these configure your audit. Answers you volunteer: how you heard about us and what you hope to get from the audit, used to improve the product. Payments: handled by Stripe; we store the transaction reference and amount, never card numbers. Measurements: the AI-engine answers we sample about your market — retained so your trends and history keep working.
We count visits to our public pages so we know which links actually bring people here. Each count records the page, any campaign tags on the link you followed, the site that referred you, and a random identifier your browser generates for itself and keeps locally. No IP addresses, no device fingerprinting, no advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics service, and no cookies. Pages inside your signed-in dashboard are never counted. Clear your browser storage for this site and the identifier is gone.
Run your audits, deliver your reports, operate your dashboard, and — only if you ticked the box — send occasional marketing email. You can revoke marketing consent any time (every email has an unsubscribe; or update your profile). We do not sell personal data. Aggregated, de-identified measurement statistics (e.g. cross-market benchmark rates) may be published — never your identity or your report.
Infrastructure and processors: Google Cloud (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), and the AI providers we query for measurements (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) — your business name appears in the questions we ask them, which is the product working as described. Email we send (sign-in links, reports, receipts) is delivered by Resend on Amazon SES, and email you send us lands in our Google Workspace mailbox. Our pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser's IP address and user agent reach Google when a page loads.
We sometimes email businesses that we think Leolens could help. For that we keep business contact details from public sources (the business's own website, industry associations and directories): business name, website, a contact's name, work email and phone, and notes on why we reached out. We may run a short AI visibility check on the business first, so the email is specific. We keep the emails we send and any replies. Every such email has a one-click unsubscribe, and we honor opt-outs permanently. The Leo Apps Studio privacy policy covers this in full.
Account and measurement data are retained while your account exists; runs and reports form your history. Email hello@tryleolens.com to access, correct, export, or delete your data — deletion removes your account and personal data, with de-identified measurements retained.
